WHAT YOU’LL DOYou are a key member of the Office Experience team responsible for the staff and visitor experience at BCG’s flagship office in Boston. Serving as the first point of contact for clients and visitors to the BCG office, the Concierge Assistant is valued as the “Chief of First Impressions”. In addition to guest management, you will triage meeting support requirements including conference and guest spaces and perform other administrative tasks as necessary.YOU’RE GOOD ATWorking with many types of people - from clients and visitors, to vendors, employees, and teammates - you can adjust your working style to each individual and gauge proper priority levels seamlessly while offering a positive customer experience.
