Compliance Advisor ManagerCorporate Compliance is seeking a Compliance Advisor Manager to advise Tax Credit Finance and Tax Credit Operations, together, New Market Tax Credits (“NMTC”) Program on applicable rules and regulations of the NMTC Program in the Capital Markets line of business, a division within the Commercial Bank. The NMTC Program drives investments in low-income and underserved communities. The Compliance Advisor Manager will also advise on Volcker and Swap Dealer related activities.The Compliance Advisor Manager works within the Compliance Management Program framework and is responsible for delivering on specific tasks and repeatable processes as a member of the Swap Dealer and NMTC Compliance team.This person will regularly interact with various levels of management and will be looked upon to promote prudent, well-controlled compliance with the applicable laws and regulations. The Compliance Advisor will support Commercial Banking through providing expert regulatory advice and thoughtful recommendations that advance the growth business strategy. The Advisor will also support internal and external risk reporting related to compliance risk as part of the broader Commercial Bank Compliance Team.
