“I can succeed as a Compensation Manager.“You will be a critical member of the global compensation team working alongside other compensation professionals, HR partners and business leaders to support our compensation programs for our global distribution business groups (NACG/EACG). You will consult and influence business managers and internal HR groups on complex compensation matters. We’ll use your expertise to develop and implement compensation strategies. You’ll provide expertise in job analyses and job architecture. You will advise on external market analyses and offer recommendations and compensation plan design. You will utilize your critical thinking and analytical skills to advise on compensation recommendations, bonus and variable compensation plans, and market studies. In this role, you will develop, communicate, and implement appropriate solutions (programs, processes, tools) in support of providing an effective holistic client and HR Business Partner compensation experience. Please note this role will not have direct reports.
