Meta is seeking a Compensation Analyst with demonstrated analytical and operational experience to support the delivery of offers and the preparation of audits/reports related to new hire compensation.This will be a short-term in office position intended to last no longer than 12 months to provide support to Meta’s existing Compensation team.Compensation Analyst (Short-Term Employee) Responsibilities:Foster cross-functional partnership with Meta recruiting teamsWork with recruiting and/or leaders to develop offersApply your experience in quantitative analysis, data mining, and the presentation of data to see beyond the numbers and help inform, influence, support, and execute our business decisionsBuild and maintain reports/metrics and monitor the integrity and validity of the data reportedObtain a thorough understanding of our data sources and collection methodsDevelop compensation models and conduct statistical analysisAnalyze trends in compensation and build intelligence through reportingWork with large amounts of data and build mechanisms to streamline processesMinimum Qualifications:
