Job responsibilitiesDevelops a product strategy and product vision that delivers value to customersBe a leading voice on the value that JPMChase is bringing to the merchant, implement existing pricing and revenue curves, work to ensure MS Deal profitabilityLead the Deal Desk team, advising Sales on how best to approach merchants as well as being a key influencer on Merchant Service Deals coming through the Deal DeskCollaborate with Sales and CS&I to fully understand each merchants unique MIDS, Legacy Products, Legal Entities, and Implementation needsManages discovery efforts and market research to uncover customer solutions and integrate those learnings into future MS deal processesBuilds the framework and tracks the product’s key success metrics such as cost, feature and functionality, risk posture, and reliabilityRequired qualifications, capabilities, and skills6+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain areaAdvanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analyticsProven ability to lead including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value managementProven Management track record leading a team in a fast paces financial institutionPreferred qualifications, capabilities, and skillsDemonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organizationPrevious experience in Merchant Services or Payments is a plusPrevious experience with client facing roles or implementations also a plusABOUT USJPMorganChase, one of the oldest financial institutions, offers innovative financial solutions to millions of consumers, small businesses and many of the world’s most prominent corporate, institutional and government clients under the J.P.
