Our culture of evolution and empathy centers on long-term career growth and development opportunities in an environment that embraces your unique skills and experience.Your Role and ResponsibilitiesAs a Software Developer your primary responsibilities include:Assists Clients in the selection, implementation, and support of the SAP SuccessFactors multiple modules.This specialty uses consulting skills, business knowledge, and packaged solution expertise to effectively integrate packaged technology into the Client’s business environment in order to achieve Client expected business results.This specialty includes implementation planning, fit analysis, configuration, testing, rollout and post-implementation support.Required Technical and Professional Expertise2-5 years of experience in full-cycle implementation and supportprojects forSAP SuccessFactorsExperienced in SAP CPI or IntegrationAmenable to work on aclient-based schedule(dayshift, mid-shift, night-shift) and in anyIBM locations in Quezon City(Eastwood and/or UP Ayala Technohub)Preferred Technical and Professional ExpertiseCertification in any SuccessFactors module is a plusCurrently functions as a lead or has handled a team in previous rolesHas experience directly dealing with clients and working closely with them throughout the projectFull cycle implementation/ support is a great advantage
