Your Role and ResponsibilitiesQualified candidates will be responsible for:Managing a team of direct and indirect data analysts that will help you provide insights into the various business functions we report onBuilding pipelines for automated data processing and report creation using Python, Excel, Amplitude, etc.Identifying and gathering data from internal systems on license and billing usageDeep diving into data to provide unique insights necessary for us to make key business decisionsCollaborating with business, development, and operation teamsAssisting with other data analysis tasks as required across development teamsRequired Technical and Professional Expertise5+ years of experience in data analytics, to include experience in the following:Data acquisition, processing, storage, and retrieval.Data analysis and visualization.Communicating key findings to business leaders in the form of high-quality written deliverables and oral briefings2+ years of Team Leadership or ManagementWork assignment trackingWork decompositionApplying Agile methodologies to generate project timelinesAdvanced skills in Microsoft Excel, to include using formulas, pivot tables, and charts to clean, manipulate, and portray dataDemonstrated ability to summarize and present complex technical issues in written and graphical manner for a non-technical audienceGood written and oral communication skills in EnglishDesired Skills:Experience with Cloud based services (SaaS, PaaS, IaaS)Experience using Containerized runtimesAI/ML model TrainingPreferred Technical and Professional ExpertiseA deep passion for data and its accuracy.Experience in other data analysis tools like Tableau, Power Bi, or other similar toolsExperience in Jupyter Notebook, Pandas, and other data modeling libraries and toolsExperience in evaluating and continuously improving machine learning methods3+ years of experience with Python and REST API programming3+ years of experience with consumption-based cloud infrastructure
