WHAT YOU’LL DOWe are looking for a Change Manager with the experience and passion to help support ClientView, BCG’s lead-to-cash solution which brings together pipeline, contracting, invoicing and collections and reporting into one single platform.The Change Manager will help design, develop and implement innovative, creative change management, engagement, training & awareness, and communications solutions.The individual occupying this role will be dedicated to tasks in several key areas:Develop and lead change management efforts in AP Region and its systems (ANZ, NEA, SEA, IND, GC)Help drive the continuous adoption of ClientView and development of the solutionCreate stakeholder maps and change management plans and interventions
