Required qualifications, capabilities, and skillsDemonstrates a strong ambition to build a career in the financial industry, with a particular interest in the payments ecosystem. (This includes, but is not limited to, areas such as transaction banking, cash management, corporate finance, consulting, Fintech solutions, eCommerce business, and merchant acquiring)Proficient in both Japanese and English, with strong skills in written and spoken communication, and adept at managing expectations effectivelyExhibits a keen sensitivity to and interest in the details related to documentation, products, and client demands and needsTakes ownership and responsibility, values teamwork, and positions oneself as an integral part of the larger team, collaborating effectively with other members to achieve departmental and team objectives and targetsPreferred qualifications, capabilities, and skillsMinimum 3 years of experience in the financial industry, including banking, securities, or insuranceBasic knowledge on cash managementKnowledge of file formats and data integration methodsFamiliarity with ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) and TMS (Treasury Management Systems)Project management experience and/or skillsABOUT USJ.P.
