ADDITIONAL JOB DESCRIPTION to complement to REQUIREMENTS:
FINRA Registrations: In addition to the required Series 7 and 66 (or 63 and 65) licenses, the appropriate State Life and Health Insurance licenses are also required. At least one of the two required licenses are strongly desired (Series 7 or 66). If you do not currently carry one of these two required licenses and you are hired for the position, the necessary license(s) must be obtained within 120 days from your start date.
2 years’ required experience includes:
LOCATIONS:Starting in 2022, this position will be a Hybrix Flex role (some days in the office, some days from a home office depending on business need). Until this time, there is flexibility to work from a home office; yet, the candidate is targeted to be physically located in the following locations: NYC or Melville, NY metropolitan marketplaces.
Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual discretionary incentive programs, non-annual sales incentive plans, or other non-annual incentive plans).
