Job DescriptionDuties:The non-negotiable annual salary for this position is $50,239.28 (NAGE Unit 1, Grade 13, Step 1)Responsible for composing and preparing correspondence, reports, memos, etc.; update diet compliance logs, update diet/religious rosters daily to include housing unit changes; forward diet compliance logs to appropriate medical staff for review monthly; forward all ACA document requests to appropriate staff; assist in responding in all DPH, PDCU and ACA Audits; update daily menu compliance and deviations; assemble all menu/diet books semiannually; assist in responding to Incarcerated Individuals grievances/ complaints; and maintain all department files in an orderly manner. Confidentiality and strong organizational skills are required. Additional duties as required.
