As an FI/FS claims professional, you will be responsible for handling a caseload of claims-made, Financial Institutions and Financial Services Management and Professional Liability Claims, from inception to final disposition. As these claims are often in litigation, experience handling litigated Financial Institutions and Financial Services Claims matters through resolution and managing defense counsel is required.
