The individual monitors staffing levels and workloads, provides coaching and mentoring, and participates in performance reviews.The Team Lead must be located within commuting distance of our office in Ontario California and must be able to work a hybrid schedule in office. The Team Lead must have experience handling auto liability claims and/or managing a team of auto liability adjusters.
