The Child Life Specialist collaborates with other health care providers, as well as the community, to promote growth and development and facilitate positive adjustment for patients and families throughout the health care experience.Required Education/Qualifications:Bachelor’s (or) Master’s Degree in Child Life, Child Development, or a closely related field.Requires Completion of an internship in child life.Previous experience working as a Child Life Specialist preferred.Certified Child Life Specialist (or eligible) within one year of hire.American Heart Association Health Care Provider BLS is required within 60 days of hire.$5000 sign-on bonus for qualified applicants
