Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:Strong leadership experience managing teams of 200+ across multiple geographies, contact centers, and distribution channels.Expertise in diversity and inclusion, with experience in recruiting, retaining, and developing individuals from diverse backgrounds.Exceptional judgment and decision-making skills, with a proactive approach to managing change in a fast-paced environment.
