Location:Medical Center - Fort WorthDepartment:Spiritual CareShift:Standard Weekly Hours:40Summary:The Chaplain will provide spiritual leadership for the medical center in the areas of pastoral care, ethics, and bereavement.Education & Experience:Bachelor’s degree.Master’s degree with major coursework in theology and counseling.4 Units of CPE or equivalent in clinical training, or extensive pastoral leadership experience.Ability to work in interfaith, multicultural environment, excellent written/oral communication skills.Strong interpersonal relationship skills: mature judgment; good boundaries, team player.Work history demonstrating strong pastoral work ethic.Demonstrated willingness to go the extra step.• ne year chaplaincy experience preferred.• rdination and/or Endorsement, as appropriate to candidate’s faith group.Spanish/Bilingual Preferred
