ResponsibilitiesYou will help develop and maintain change management strategies to support organizational initiatives and projectsWorks at a higher strategic level, ensuring that changes align with the overall portfolio strategy and organizational objectivesFocuses on managing changes across a portfolio of projects or programs. You will oversee multiple projects that are often interconnected or aligned with broader organizational goalsDevelop comprehensive change management plans that outline strategies, objectives, and timelines for managing changes across the portfolioAssess and mitigate risks associated with changes. This involves identifying potential issues, developing contingency plans, and monitoring risk factors throughout the change processYou will have strong stakeholder managementYou will have executive presence and communicationYou will conduct change management impact assessments for large projectsYou will have strong business acumen, with a stakeholder management mindset and the ability to collaborate across multiple organization, including cross-functional teams in various locations and time zonesProvide capacity and change utilization insight to enable thoughtful and strategic alignment across business prioritiesAs needed, provide additional and ad hoc change management consulting, organizational development, and project management activities on an array of strategic initiativesYou will be monitoring and reporting on the change initiatives and their impactYou will identify risks, anticipate, and manage resistance, develop risk mitigation plansResponsible for communicating change concepts and abstract concepts to a variety of audiencesYou will identify key areas of skills, outcomes and behavioral changes and best ways to deliver changeLead and coach important partners in change management process and strategyYou will foster healthy working relationships with project teams, executive sponsors, stakeholders, and managers at all levelsMinimum QualificationsYou have a bachelor’s in business administration or related fieldYou have a Prosci Change Management Certification6 or more years in change management3 or more years in Organizational Change ManagementYou will have experience in successful development and execution of change management strategiesYou will have experience with change management, organizational development, and project management across multiple organizationsDemonstrate public speaking skillsDemonstrate understanding of change management best practicesYou will have analytical, and problem-solving skillsStrong track record of managing and prioritizing cross-functional portfolio of change projects, with emphasis on go-to-market approachesThis is a remote role, but you will travel to your customer and planning meetings both locally and internationally (less than 30%)Preferred QualificationsPMPLearn MoreAbout AutodeskWelcome to Autodesk!
