You will take a lead role in developing and implementing the change management plan focused on stakeholder engagement, communication, coaching and training, business process and documentation needs, along with resistance management leveraging ADKAR methodologies to prepare, equip, and support employees for change. The CFPMO Change Management Consultant will be part of the Change Management Team and report to the Change Management Director. If you have organizational change management experience and have previously worked within the financial services or insurance industry this may be a great opportunity for you.
