Central Fill Pharmacy Inventory Supervisor

RESPONSIBILITIESEssential Job Functions:Ensure accuracy, safety, quality, and regulatory standards are met dailyEffectively coordinate and coach the pharmacy technicians to achieve maximum daily productionIdentify training opportunities and assist in providing trainingResolve basic hardware issues that arise during daily operationsAssist with maintaining inventory controlPerform administrative duties including interpreting production reports, creating schedules and correspondence to stores and suppliersProvide technical support to all areas of the Central Fill facility as well as supporting storesCommunicate and ensure HIPPA compliance and securityMust be able to perform the essential functions of this position with or without reasonable accommodation
