Additional information below or clickhereto learn more.Job ResponsibilitiesOversee entire special events food & beverage sales process through event executionRespond to customer inquiries, develop proposals and contracts, maximize revenue through upselling and offering enhancements to exceed client expectationsDevelop and maintain effective client and customer rapport, providing creative solutions to clients' needs, managing event detailing, tours, tastings, contracts, payments, and event operationsCreate, manage, and communicate banquet event orders, connect with vendors, and deliver consistent quality in planning and carrying out eventsCollaborate with culinary and operations departments on menu development, event detailing, and event executionOversee catering event operations to ensure all client’s needs and expectations are metRecruit, schedule, train, and develop employees to ensure standards are followed ensuring quality in final presentation and serviceEnsure accurate reporting of all catering related revenue, expenses, and receivables, deliver sales, food, and labor targets and maintaining department budgetsEnsure compliance with all food, occupational and environmental safety policies
