WHAT YOU’LL DOBCG’s North America (NAMR) Career Services (CS) is an internal career coaching and strategic placement service for BCG employees and alumni. Career Services sits within the larger team of Career & Executive Services (CES) and BCG’s broader People function.As a Career Coach & Senior Manager (CC) you will collaborate with internal and external constituents to help meet the needs of our BCG consulting staff and alumni. You will work to build the best possible end-to-end experience; supporting longer term career aspirations at BCG and beyond, helping individuals transition out of BCG, and coaching/advising them in their process to land roles at new companies. The role combines relationship building, 1-on-1 coaching and support, influencing, and change management in support of new initiatives. The CCs will work closely with the broader CES team, their local office CS Managing Director & Partners (MDPs), office leadership, and HR teams within their respective office to ensure successful integration and implementation of all programs.
