Growing together.The Cap-Tech Perf Mgmt Analyst is responsible for supporting the implementation, ongoing maintenance and configuration of IT Service monitoring tools. Additionally, this position will address the needs of proactive monitoring and incident avoidance, as well as trending, predictive and contractually required SLAs/KPIs. The Analyst will apply monitoring tool service packs, implement upgrades, and work closely with Helpdesk and Desktop Services and Technical Command Center to help educate internal customers and increase their understanding of monitoring tool data. This position focuses on maintaining our information systems to deliver valuable services to our customers and enabling us to successfully execute on contracts.
