What You’ll Do

Responsible for a large volume of dishes and food service wares andalways ensuring their complete cleanliness.  This includes upkeep of the dishwasher machine with necessary chemicals and maintenance.Always maintain the cleanliness of the Café space, both in the kitchen and in the general dining space, according to Health Department standards of cleanliness and sanitation.  This may include cleaning floor drains and broken wares.Deep cleaning of refrigerators,freezers,and storage areas on a scheduled or as needed basis.Must exhibit strong teamwork skills and communication to ensurejobis accomplished promptly and efficiently.
