Strong sales and organizational skills are essential.Build relationships focused on borrowers with realtors, builders, financial professionals, bank store, past customers, and other non-traditional sourcesProvide high quality loans to attain excellent customer serviceObtain customer applications, quote the rate and points, and complete follow-up activities with the registration lock-inUnderstand real estate appraisals, title reports, and real estate transactionsInteract with customers to understand their needs and provide them with a high quality loan serviceAnalyze detailed financial and credit data, matching customer needs with an appropriate loan program and level of riskDevelop knowledge of company products, policies and procedures, and underwriting requirementsReceive direction from supervisor and exercise judgment within defined parameters while developing understanding of generating loansProvide information regarding the loans to consultants and functional colleaguesDevelop and maintains a high degree of visibility for Wells Fargo Home Mortgage in the marketplaceRequired Qualifications:
