Business Support AssociateAbout the jobOne of our prestigious clients(a world leader in networking solutions) has given us the responsibility of delivering business to business(B2B) support to their European Business Operations. As part of our job, we have to interact with business divisions & their corporate customers(hence B2B) based in various countries in Europe. Our team members use emails, chat, and phone for these interactions. The interactions are in various European languages.Our employees need to understand the customer situation and provide well-defined solutions to these situations. Sometimes these situations are complex and our employees need to maintain energy, passion, and empathy when resolving these situations. Good analytical ability, being a good team player, and at times able to act independently will make one successful in this job.
