Minimum qualifications:Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.6 years of experience leading cross-functional change initiatives in an enterprise organization or program management.Experience leading or managing programs while working with cross-functional teams.Ability to communicate in English fluently as this role requires communication with United States and Canada based partners in English.Preferred qualifications:Experience in the design and delivery of in-person Change Management training programs and in creating virtual Change Management training modules.Knowledge of the Prosci Awareness, Desire, Knowledge, Ability and Reinforcement (ADKAR) methodology or other organizational change management methodologies.
