Are you ready to take on the challenge to help us build the future?ResponsibilitiesImproves the delivery of analytical support to an Operating Unit and/or the enterprise, enhancing the collection, analysis and reporting of data, which enables successful completion of key business operations projectsProvides advice to stakeholders, presenting analytical findings and making recommendations as to their impact on business operationsIdentifies and improves operational processes and procedures through the maintenance and development of reporting dashboards to streamline business practice and improve efficiencyCollects and analyzes data in order to present findings and make recommendationsDevelops models to help inform decision-making on emerging technology investmentsImproves the development of business plan scenarios to evaluate different priorities and potential options to achieving the operating unit and/or enterprise objectivesVerifies that established processes are aligned with relevant rules, principles, laws, and industry standards with the goal to safeguard assets, minimize errors, and ensure operational activities are performed to mitigate riskA material job duty of all positions within the Company is ensuring the protection of all its physical, financial and cybersecurity assets, and properly accessing and managing private customer data, proprietary information, confidential medical records, and other types of highly sensitive information and data with the highest standards of conduct and integrity.

Minimum QualificationsSeven or more years of experience performing business operations analysis.Preferred QualificationsBachelor’s degree in business or financial fieldsMaster’s or higher in business and management and/or other advanced degree that includes finance managementExperience developing project and/or business plans and work processesExperience developing presentations to communicate with various audiences and leading project and/or program teamsStrong oral and written communication skills as well as strong business planning and organization skillsYou should knowThis position’s work mode ishybrid.The employee will report to an SCE facility for a set number of days with the option to work remotely on the remaining days.\u202f Unless otherwise noted, employees are required to reside in the state of California.\u202f Further details of this work mode will be discussed at the interview stage.
