Come help shape an excellent People Intelligence team at DoorDash.About the RoleDoorDash is looking for an experienced analyst to join our People Intelligence team. You will be responsible for enabling data-driven insights to attract and develop great people to power and grow DoorDash. You will help drive and scale analytics initiatives across a range of business areas with a focus on our high-volume hiring efforts, building tools and insights to support recruiting for our growing DashMart business. You will lead impactful projects working within a team of analysts and engineers to develop reporting and analytics for our people and decision-makers. You’ll be an advisor, consultant, project manager, technology advocate, data analyst, engineer, and security/privacy advocate.
