Job DescriptionPosition SummaryThe Business Development Analyst will report to the Vice President, Business Development and will be responsible for performing full business development life cycle analysis, metric development/reporting, pipeline analysis, crafting/editing senior leader presentations, and providing cohesive processes across a $1B business group. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives within business analytics and the process improvement arena.Must work very closely with Business Development leaders horizontally across the group and vertically within the company and will be viewed as a strategic business partner to assess hiring and business needs and successfully fill job openings in a timely manner.
