Business and Operations Lead - Corporate Third Party Oversight

The Corporate Third Party Oversight (CTPO) Risk and Controls Team is responsible for the supplier risk framework and control due diligences requirements, with a focus on evolving the TPO program to more mature and innovative practices, in an effort to proactively mitigate any risk to the firm.As a Business & Operations Lead in CTPO, you will collaborate with business owners, product managers, and partners to plan and execute high-impact approaches to managing supplier risk.Job responsibilitiesPartners with initiative owners to develop and document tactical plans for deliveryOrganize complex information in a strategic and compelling wayDrive common, consistent routines, resources and tools to track and report status of key programsFacilitate communication and collaboration across team membersProvides regular updates for key forums, management updates and business reviewsIdentifies, assesses and manages issues with appropriate escalation
