Advisor to business and information technology teams on how to effectively navigate technology systems, table structures, business processes, data flows, and more.Advisor to matrixed business partners, helping them translate their business vision into requirements, technical specifications, and define project approach.Solve complex, large-scale customer challenges to produce solutions.Perform as a strategic communications advisor with a focus on business transformation.Communicate technical solutions and design tradeoffs effectively to business and technology stakeholders; providing a delivery framework that ensures quality and success.Effectively collaborate with technical resources across agile teams on all critical program efforts; ensuring teams are fully aligned on project scope, user stories, testing, and acceptance criteria .Participate in team code reviews, coordinate and if appropriate execute user acceptance testing.Maintain excellent documentation of all work.Recognize impediments to our efficiency as a team, propose and implement solutions.Advocate for improvements to product quality, security, and performance.In order to be successful in this role you must exhibit the following:-Proven ability to quickly learn and understand complex topics in a matrixed environment.-Superior written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.-Proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, with an eye for prioritization.Required Qualifications5+ years of experience supporting technical Business Operations and / or Production Support activities.3+ years of technical writing including inter-connected system diagrams and complex process flows.Preferred QualificationsExperience in healthcare industry, including health insurance, PBM or pharmacy services.Experience with highly complex, inter-connected systems and business processes.Experience working in an Agile environment recommended.Master’s degree.EducationBachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.Pay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:$60,300.00 - $145,860.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
