Your responsibilities:You will directly lead and coordinate a team of Global Business Process Owners (GBPOs).You will efficiently organize the regional support for local units through GBPOs and local business process owners & key users.You will drive full deployment and adoption of relevant SAP modules and functionalities in the regional factories and service units, utilizing full potential of deployed solution and related business benefits.You will drive harmonization of business processes, process improvements and prioritization of related system requirements, which have SAP as the backbone.You will work with HUB and local management to understand their highest priority challenges and act as main speaking partner of the BU HV SAP CoE for the regional management.You will work together with local management, ensure continued staffing of local business process owners and SAP key users in factories, service and sales units.Living Hitachi Energy’s core values of safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues and the business.Your background:Master’s degree in information technology, engineering, business administration or equivalent work experience.Experience in manufacturing and industrial services.Strong project management and people leadership skills.Knowledge of the S4/HANA platform preferred.Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment in global multi-national team.A collaborative, solutions-oriented approach and strong communication skills.Excellent communication skills across all hierarchies with the ability to communicate fluently in English.Apply now
