The ideal candidate is highly motivated, a self-starter and will have a strong product marketing background that leverages data and consumer insights to drive communication strategy, and creative execution across packaging and site touchpoints. Collaborating closely with our business leaders, studio and creative teams, sourcing & product development teams, quality assurance and legal partners, you will be responsible for bringing products to market through the successful, on-time execution and delivery of best-in-class creative assets and customer communications. You will lead cross-functional teams to identify roadblocks and improve the processes, tools, and timelines that enable our team to efficiently deliver packaging and creative assets with operational excellence and facilitate scalability. As a Private Brands Brand Program Manager, you must be an excellent communicator, an enthusiastic and proactive problem solver with a heightened sense of ownership, responsibility and accountability to see projects from start to finish.

Salaried-exempt team members have unlimited PTO, subject to manager approval. Team members will receive six paid holidays per year. Team members may be eligible for paid sick and family leave in compliance with applicable state and local regulations.
Pay Range
$95,500—$152,500 USD
