This person will collaborate closely with the Brand, Product, Media, Creative, and Comms teams to develop breakthrough brand campaigns.About the TeamAs a member of the Brand Strategy team, you’ll be responsible for developing campaign strategies that build brand love with consumers and reinforce our competitive positioning. This is a remote-based contractor role that will report to the Head of Brand Strategy.About the JobThis is an exciting opportunity to shape the future of the Instacart consumer brand and lead high-impact, high-visibility brand campaigns.Lead the end-to-end execution of Tier 1 brand campaigns, including Back to School and HolidayCollaborate with the Integrated Media team to develop a media strategy that drives business results and builds brand equityCollaborate closely with Product Management to ensure campaign readiness across all relevant product touchpointsPartner with the Integrated Media & Marketing Analytics team to develop a measurement framework to assess the effectiveness of our campaign strategyPartner with Organic Social, Influencer & activations teams to extend campaigns into non-traditional territory spaces to enhance shareability and earned media potentialGather data, formulate insights, and articulate strategic opportunities that will impact the business and drive omnichannel growthIdeate and identify the unexpected applications of brand that touch consumers and culture - partnerships, collaborations, brand activationsChampion and wield brand thinking across campaigns, concepts, and the organization; ensure everything we do is true to our brand and represents the best interests of the communities we serveConsistently assess competitive strategies and uncover white space opportunitiesAbout YouMinimum QualificationsBachelor’s Degree required5+ years of experience in brand management/strategyExperience leading go-to-market strategiesExcellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to interact at senior levels of the organizationStrong project management skills - ensure project milestones are met according to commitments; ability to manage and prioritize a wide variety of project types that vary in scope and scale and excel in a lean work environmentDemonstrable understanding of the various functional aspects of a marketing organization, plus paid media landscapesPreferred QualificationsRecord of leveraging consumer insights and experience to develop campaigns; experience using data and metrics to back up assertions of business valuePrevious experience developing cross-channel marketing plansNimble, resourceful, and detail-oriented; thrives in both independent and collaborative work environments#LI-Remote
