Job DescriptionPosition Summary:The Packaging Supervisor oversees the daily shift operations required for the performance of bottling, warehousing, and logistics at Woodbridge Winery in Acampo, CA. This role also acts as the onsite maintenance lead for all production and operations equipment. The ideal candidate will balance administrative responsibilities with hands-on leadership to ensure the company’s goals are met through continuous improvement, reduced downtime, and optimized processes. Working closely with internal and external stakeholders, this position helps develop, maintain, and execute bottling and shipment schedules and output plans while motivating the operations teams to achieve these goals. The supervisor will spend approximately 70% of their time on the floor, fostering a positive work environment through accountability, clear communication, and relationship-building.
