The role requires hands-on technical expertise to assess, repair, and ensure quality standards in blade maintenance, contributing to safe, reliable operations.Pay Based upon experience $32.00-$37.00General Purpose2 years minimum of complex composite repair experienceUnderstanding of Epoxy and Polyester resins, wet lay-up and vacuum bag techniquesUnderstanding how to handle balsa and foam core materialsKnowledge of fiberglass reinforcement and structural repairAbility to safely and correctly use powered hand toolsQuality knowledge of specification (i.e. temperature and humidity restrictions)Ability to read complex technical drawings and processesIT literate (email, internet, iPad)Ability to work well as a team and take guidanceOperate all manufacturing equipment efficiently and safelyDemonstrate ability to meet production standards on specific tasks within required time.Lift, position, and/or remove material from work areasAdhere to Production Worker Instructions (PWI)
