Responsibilities:Must have the ability to perform the following tasks:Customer Service/Sales Building Greet all customers who enter the beauty departmentDevelop relationships with customers to promote repeat customers and build salesAssist customers with questions, problems and complaintsMaintain knowledge of specific vendor products and services to assist customers in selecting the product that best meets their needsSuggest additional products and services to customersObtain all communication relative to the department from Store ManagerProvide personalized service and build relationships with customers during their store visits and through subsequent follow-up contactPut up the delivery in the cosmetic departmentWork all overstock and basic/regularly carried pre-packs to homes prior to orderingOrder product for seasonal times of the yearComplete planograms and updates, ensuring correct planogram size/versionRequired QualificationsAbility to meet or exceed sales, as well as customer service standardsStrong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skillsGoal-driven, with an ability to multi-taskAvailable to work a flexible retail schedule, which may include mornings, evenings, weekends, and extended hoursAbility to perform the tasks listed under job responsibilitiesPreferred QualificationsPrior Sales/Customer ExperienceEducationHigh School diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.Pay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:$0.00 - $0.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.
