Your Role and ResponsibilitiesWe are seeking an experienced BAW Application Developer to join our team in developing and maintaining business applications for our banking clients. As a BAW Application Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining business applications using various programming languages and technologies. You will work closely with our business analysts, project managers, and other technical teams to ensure that our applications meet the needs of our clients.Responsibilities:Design, develop, test, and maintain business applications using various programming languages and technologiesCollaborate with business analysts, project managers, and other technical teams to ensure that applications meet client needsLeadership skill to technically lead team and support them when neededDevelop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articlesParticipate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to colleaguesTroubleshoot and debug complex issues in business applicationsStay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in business application development (edited)Required Technical and Professional ExpertiseBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related fieldAt least 5 years of experience in business application development, with a focus on banking and financeStrong programming skills in one or more languages, including Java, C#, PythonExperience with business application development methodologies, such as AgileStrong understanding of database concepts and experience with database design and developmentExperience with testing and debugging techniques, including unit testing, integration testing, and system testingStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issuesExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teamsStrong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality resultsFluent in EnglishPreferred Technical and Professional ExpertiseMaster’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related fieldCertified in one or more programming languages, such as Java, C#, or PythonExperience with cloud-based technologies, such as AWS or AzureExperience with DevOps practices and tools, such as Jenkins or GitLabFamiliarity with containerization and orchestration, such as Docker and KubernetesExperience with machine learning and artificial intelligence, such as TensorFlow or PyTorch
