This includes managing equipment, overseeing field setup, and preparing and supporting coaches through curriculum implementation, all while maintaining the physical, social, and emotional safety of campers and staff. Your leadership will help create a high-quality camp experience that embodies the Washington Nationals brand and values. We’ll provide the training, resources, and equipment—you bring your baseball knowledge, enthusiasm, and leadership to make it all come together.
