We are looking for “Bar Manager” with the qualifications below:Managing the business aspects of the bar, such as keeping a current liquor license, negotiating supplier contracts, taking inventory and reordering supplies, managing budgets, and setting goalsSetting and enforcing quality and safety controls.Planning and taking part in promotional events.Oversee all operational and administrative aspects of the barEnforce and monitor that all operational standards, SOP and quality measures are in place at all timesReview and analyze sales to ensure stock rotation and profitability remains within targetsInventory and ordering procedures knowledgeSetting and maintaining standards to ensure the guest experience is effective and hospitablePlaying a key role in the training, development and retention of the team that direct reports to him/herThis position reports directly to the General Manager.

Requirements:Working experience in similar role for minimum 2-5 years as a Bar Manager (preferably in 5* hotels, or high-end restaurant)English KnowledgeComputer operating skills including MS Office/ExcelEffective communication skills and pleasant personality, willing to support peers, the manager and the team of him/herAbility to work under pressure in a fast paced environment
