MANDATORY EXPERIENCEBachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.5+ years of experience in Information TechnologyProven experience (7+ years) in working in business processes analysis and its documentation.Strong proficiency in creating product backlog, grooming user stories and aligning functional designs / process modifications with business stakeholders.Experience working in an agile methodology as well as tools such as JIRA, MS DevOps, etc.Ability to guide a team of business analysts and UX designers to build prototype, articulate product strategies and roadmapsExperience in ALM tools knowledge like JIRA, ServiceNow, Confluence etc. Test tools like QMetryExceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and teams.Experience in Agile/ SCRUM project management methodologies
