We are seeking anAssociate Technical Delivery Managerwith Salesforce experienceto lead distributed teams across various locations in LATAM.The role will involve close collaboration with onsite Business Analysts, Technical Project Managers, and Delivery Managers from the US, Poland, and India to manage Salesforce projects effectively.We accept CVs in English only.#LI-DNIResponsibilitiesCollaborate with onsite client stakeholders and technical teams across multiple locations and multiple vendorsProvide project management, cross-functional coordination, and inter/intra-team communications to deliver outstanding program outcomesIdentify and gather input from stakeholders to define and clarify requirementsManage concise definition of scope across the entire programCreate and maintain documentation relevant to the management of the program and associated projectsWork closely with software engineers, QA, product managers, and other engineering teams to get high-quality products and features through the software project lifecycleManage project schedules, identify possible issues and clearly communicate them to project stakeholdersTake responsibility for release schedules and milestones, keeping up a high velocity in a fast-paced environmentRequirements
