What you will do-As the Associate Sourcing Manager, New Product Introductions (NPI) you are responsible for all sourcing/supply chain/procurement-related activities from product development through new product commercialization, obtaining the best quality, service, and long-term cost value for products. Responsibility includes developing and executing strategic sourcing plans aligned with global procurement, focused on cost, capacity, quality, service, and strategic partnerships. You will serve as the partner for all sourcing activities to Design, Engineering, Advanced Operations, Finance, and Quality teams.
