In addition, you will collaborate with several other business units within the larger Infosys organization.CRL Focus Areas:Experience Transformation - Help clients think and act holistically about how experiences, digital products and services are designed, implemented, managed and optimized to meet consumer needs and drive growth.Digital Business Transformation - Help clients leverage the power of strategy, data, AI and technology to accelerate to their future, digitally enabled state, both in the way they work and the way they serve their customers.Intelligent Operations - Help clients enable the effective and efficient execution of business operations through data, technology, and workplace modernization.Digital Supply Chain Management (SCM) - Help clients leverage next generation technologies to improve end-to-end supply chain performance, agility and resilience.ERP Transformation - Help clients design and build an ERP system that supports the organization’s strategic goals and provides the flexibility and scalability to adapt to changing business needsRequired Qualifications:Bachelor’s DegreeBusiness strategy and technology consulting experience within the Consumer Products, Retail and/or Logistics sector at large consulting firmsBusiness value creation to support client initiatives.Knowledge/experience with Digital Business Transformation, CX/Commerce Strategy, Retail/CPG Operations and/or Supply Chain Management12 years of management consulting experience within the Consumer Products, Retail and/or Logistics sectors, with strong sales/relationship management/account management experienceLarge transformation program management in complex environmentsExecutive presence and clear communication skills, both written and spokenAbility to travel extensively.Candidates authorized to work for any employer in the United States without employer-based visa sponsorship are welcome to apply.
