This position is ideal for an employment attorney looking to continue specializing in internal investigations and who thrives in a collaborative, energizing environment.Associate General Counsel, Labor & Employment - Investigations Responsibilities:Advising on internal investigations into potential misconduct, including assessing risk and partnering with investigators and investigative analysts on strategy, witness interviews, and forensicsBuilding relationships with relevant stakeholders, including within the employment law team, other investigative teams, the People team, and the businessRecommending disciplinary or other remedial actions based on investigation findingsParticipating in close-out meetings with investigators, the People team, and the impacted businessReviewing investigation debriefs and reportsAssisting in periodic investigation-related reportingAdvising on investigation processes and training programsMinimum Qualifications:
