Job DescriptionMassHealth, the Massachusetts Medicaid agency, is seeking an Associate Finance Manager, Assessment to join the Finance team. Managing $19B in state and federal funds annually, the team is responsible for monitoring and reporting complex financial and qualitative data for the various programs offered to more than 2 million low-income and disabled members across the state. The successful candidate will utilize strong analytical and communication skills to influence ongoing operational management, policy decision-making, and strategic planning. Working cross-functionally with finance and program staff, the manager will facilitate collaborative problem-solving and data analysis to produce high quality and timely insight into financial and operational needs.
