Position Requirements:Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Engineering or relevant scientific field (Chemistry, Biology, Pharmacy, Microbiology, Mechanical etc.)BSc/BA diploma in management or a relevant field; MSc/MA/MBA is a plus8- 10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry.Experience as program manager, project manager or other project management position.Experience in interdisciplinary teamwork and in acting in matrix organizations.Thorough understanding of project/program management techniques and methods.Proven experience in managing strategic projects, project management/risk and issue management and reporting in a highly regulated environment.Excellent knowledge of performance evaluation techniques (key metrics) and change management principles.Program/Project Management Certification (e.g., PMI) desiredOur BenefitsWe encourage you to make your well-being a priority.
