About This Role

The Associate Director, Marketing, Brand Lead - ALS will play a critical role and be a visible leader within the Rare Disease Marketing Team and the broader US Organization.  You will be responsible continuing the launch momentum in the US and establishing a strategic direction through analysis of insights and building and executing a strong tactical plan.  In addition, you will be tasked with engaging and supporting other geographies, imparting key learning to accelerate ex-US launches.

Qualifications

•    7+ pharma or biotech commercial experience; minimum 5 years of marketing with at least 2 years within the US market•    Demonstrated ability to perform in fast-paced environments and influence without authority•    Strong digital marketing experience•    Field sales or reimbursement experience a plus•    Excellent communication/coordination/interpersonal skills, including the ability to effectively write and deliver executive presentations•    Ability to rapidly identify key priorities, align strategic and tactical plans, and motivate cross-functional teams

Preferred Skills

•    Rare Disease experience

•   Strong knowledge of the OPDP and US promotional environment
