Associate Director, Head of Operations

As a member of Canada Commercial Leadership Team, the Head of Operations/Associate Director, is responsible for:All aspects of customer services including orders' management, distribution, operations' meetings and inquiry management. Doing so works in close collaboration with Head of Finance to ensure billing accuracy.Demand & supply planning process including close collaboration with our customers to ensure access to key market insights.Effective strategic tenders' management inclusive of the tolling business working in collaboration with Finance, Market access, Marketing, Quality assurance, Regulatory affairs and International Tender and Tolling Strategy & Operations,Act as main interface with Canadian Blood Services and Hema-Quebec management in collaboration with CSL Behring General manager and Head of Finance.Act as back-up to Customer service, and to Manager of Fractionation Services and Distributor/Warehouse.
