Associate BrokerFounder Shield is seeking a rockstar Associate Broker to help manage underwriter relations and quoting processes.What you’ll be doing:Reporting directly to the Broking Manager, the Associate Broker will be a critical member of the team at Founder Shield. This person will work directly with underwriters as well as our New Business and Customer Success teams on a regular basis in order to accurately quote client policies.Other responsibilities include:Developing relationships with various insurance carriersUnderstanding client business models and negotiating with underwriters for the best possible quotesUpdating and improving upon internal information management systemsFacilitating the policy marketing, quoting, and underwriting processDelivering accurate quotes that meet or exceed client requests
